Once you receive your ring, you have a 30-day window. If your piece does not match your approved design, or if you are not satisfied, contact us and we will make it right — including a full refund where applicable. Every diamond is independently certified by IGI (International Gemological Institute) and carries a unique certificate number you can verify on the IGI website at any time. If your item does not match our description, we promise a full refund immediately.

Your ring can grow with your story. Within one year of your purchase, if you'd like to upgrade to a larger center diamond, we will credit 70% of your original ring's value toward your new piece.
We cover all return and repair shipping costs. If your piece needs warranty service, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. You pay nothing for warranty repairs.
After the 1-year warranty period, we continue to offer repair services at cost. This includes resizing, stone replacement, prong rebuilding, replating, and complete refurbishment. Contact us via WhatsApp for a quote.
