- Stones: certified lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, and colored gemstones (sapphire, ruby, emerald, tanzanite, morganite, aquamarine, tourmaline, and more)
We focus exclusively on certified stones — we do not work with moissanite or other simulants.
Yes. We offer wholesale loose stone supply — certified lab-grown diamonds in all cuts and grades, natural diamonds, and a wide selection of certified colored gemstones. Available for bulk or single-stone orders.
Yes, as long as it doesn't infringe on trademarks or protected designs. Share photos, sketches, or CAD files and we'll reproduce it faithfully.
Both. OEM — you bring the design, we manufacture. ODM — we provide original designs from our catalog that you can rebrand as your own.
Yes. We offer laser engraving, stamp hallmarking, and custom signature marks on the inside band or back surface of each piece.
Yes — custom-branded ring boxes, jewelry pouches, gift cards, and outer packaging can all be produced in parallel with your order. Share your brand guidelines and we'll match them.

Yes. Whether you order one piece or one hundred, you receive wholesale pricing directly from our factory — no middleman markup.
Price = metal cost (by weight and karat) + stone cost (per carat, by grade) + craftsmanship fee + custom design fee (if applicable). We provide a transparent, itemized quote for every order.
Yes. Larger orders unlock tiered pricing. Contact us via WhatsApp with your projected volume and we'll build a custom quote.
For entirely new designs, we charge a flat USD 20 CAD design fee. This covers the photorealistic 3D rendering and unlimited reasonable revisions until you approve the design.
Via WhatsApp — send us sketches, reference photos, Pinterest links, or existing CAD files. We'll confirm feasibility and prepare a quote.
Yes. For every custom order, we deliver a photorealistic CAD rendering within 24 hours of deposit. You approve the design before any production begins.
Unlimited reasonable revisions until the design matches your vision. Major directional changes may require a new quote.
Yes — we send photos and short videos of the selected stones (with certificate numbers visible) before setting.
Yes. Every stone is certified. We provide IGI, GRA, or GRM certificates for diamonds and independent lab reports for colored gemstones. Certification is not optional — it's standard on every order.
Every piece passes through a dedicated QC team before shipping. For bulk orders, we conduct batch-sampling inspection and share video verification with you before dispatch.
Absolutely. Specify the 4Cs you need (carat / color / clarity / cut) and we'll source stones matching your exact criteria.
We guarantee the piece matches your approved CAD rendering. Any significant discrepancy is remade at no cost to you.

Yes. We share photos and short videos at every key stage — wax model, casting, stone setting, and final polish — directly via WhatsApp.
Shipping is on us. We cover the full cost of global delivery via DHL / UPS / FedEx, with full insurance included.
We ship globally. If your country has specific import restrictions on jewelry or precious metals, we'll advise on paperwork requirements during quoting.
The buyer is responsible for import duties and local taxes. We provide accurate commercial invoices and HS codes to simplify customs clearance.

50% deposit after CAD approval to start production.
50% balance after finished product confirmation — then we ship.
Yes. Once the deposit is received, we commit to production. If we fail to deliver as specified, we refund in full. Your CAD approval is your safeguard.
1 year free repair for any non-misuse quality issues — loose stones, prong damage, clasp failure, finish defects.
We do. For warranty repairs, Luneria covers both outbound and return shipping costs. You pay nothing.
Yes. Our full repair service SOP covers resizing, stone replacement, prong rebuilding, replating, and complete refurbishment. Ideal for brands that want to offer repair services without maintaining their own workshop.
Place your first order via WhatsApp. After successful delivery, we assign a dedicated account manager, offer priority production slots, and discuss exclusive designs and volume pricing for your brand.
Yes. We're happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements to protect your original designs and client information.
Absolutely. Our 500 m² workshop is located on Ruichang Road, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. We welcome in-person visits by appointment and can arrange airport pickup.
