Yes. Our full repair service SOP covers resizing, stone replacement, prong rebuilding, replating, and complete refurbishment. Ideal for brands that want to offer repair services without maintaining their own workshop.

Yes. We're happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements to protect your original designs and client information.
Absolutely. Our 500 m² workshop is located on Ruichang Road, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. We welcome in-person visits by appointment and can arrange airport pickup.
